How disgusting and disturbing! Was he blind,drunk or high? Why rape an 84 year old? Tony Putman, an 18-year old teen from Kansas City, MO, is being accused of raping an 84-year-old woman and assaulting her 93-year-old husband during a home robbery. According to KCTV-5, Putman has been charged with six felonies, including one count of rape and two counts of robbery.
