From yesterday, 5th of April 2011, MTN went in on all it's subscribers with the flunctuating network. As if that was not enough, this morning, MTN wiped off credit from almost all it's subscribers. Trust Nigerians to take it personal. Subscribers took to Twitter to vent, curse and threaten MTN!
I don't know the kind of network problem MTN is having but they should apologize ASAP and stop lying to people! Because I called customer care yesterday and all they could say was "pls do a hard reset". If I could get N1000 credit for how many times I called yesterday to complain and they told me that…….oh well!
