I'm now agreeing that I'm stale! I never realised or even knew that Ikeja City Mall cost N16billion. The shopping complex located at Alausa, in the Ikeja area of Lagos was today shut down. The store owners closed all their stores in protest against the new parking fee of N300 per hour implemented by the owners of the mall. They all refused to open until the parking fees are either cancelled or reduced. The fees will obviously chase customers away.

But trust Nigerians! I'm sure they'll start packing in the Secretariat or somewhere close, then take the short walk to ICM.

Nigerians always find their way around these things!
