The BET Awards 2011 came up on sunday, June 26th,2011 at the shrine auditorium, Los Angeles. The show was star-studded and trust Nigeria to be amiably represented. Tuface, Dbanj and Tiwa Savage were at the show due to their nomination for the African award. The only thing about this star-studded show was that most people this year did not try half as hard as they did last year to look good. Most people looked like they were going for a neighbourhood barbecue or a get together. The highlights of the day were Drake’s yellow shoes, Nikki Minaj’s outfit and some other ridiculous things.
