So i just read online that, according to a Leadership Newspaper report, the Special Adviser to the Vice President on Special Duties, Senator Isaiah Balat, is dead.
Before his death he served as the Minister of State for Works and Housing from 1999-2000 and also as a Senator representing Kaduna South Local Government from 2003- 2007.
He was 61 years old.
